Cluster Manager, Partner Franchisee Alliances (B2B) Equity Broking & Investment Products1) Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances.2) Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.3) Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remisers.4) Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.5) Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team. 6) Ensure best services to partners.7) Help distributors on joint calls. 8) Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster. Candidate Profile : 1. Should be from Equity Broking Industry with minimum of 4-5 Years of team handling experience in B2B viz. Partner Alliance (Franchisees, IFAs)2. Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF etc needed.3. Need to have good communication skill.4. Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets.5. Desired to achieve sales target. 1) Advising HNI/Ultra HNI clients on currency & commodity products.2) Individually handling clients with the book size of 25 lacs & above.3) Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.4) Coordinating with clients for their daily trades in Commodity & Currency.5) Help customers to Execute trade online and place orders on behalf of customers.6) Advising clients with requisite information regarding the market condition.7) Activating inactive clients through regular follow up.8) Regularly following-up with clients and handling their queries.9) Achieving the Business target assigned in Terms of, generating revenue, acquiring clients, Candidate Profile: 1) 5 - Years in a Commodity broking firm | 2) Individuals who possess deep knowledge of the stock market and stay updated with market economics trends. 3) Should be comfortable working in Shifts.Location - Surat, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Calicut, Kolkata, Kochi, Trivendrum, GOA, Mumbai, Delhi
