Job Responsibilities: Manage daily logistics operations (inbound & outbound). Coordinate with vendors, transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff. Handle inventory tracking, stock movement, and documentation. Prepare daily/weekly reports on transport, deliveries, and expenses. Optimize routes, improve turnaround time, and reduce logistics cost. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to customers. Maintain records such as LR, invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs. Monitor team productivity and ensure smooth workflow. Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Assist management in planning and scaling the business. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operations. Strong understanding of transportation, inventory, and warehouse workflows. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (must). Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle pressure. Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
