Logistics Operations Manager

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness, driving strategic initiatives to support company growth and success. Your role will involve advanced operational planning, team leadership, and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Direct and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. - Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company objectives and market trends. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. - Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and technology, to maximize productivity. - Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies with a strong focus on safety. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed. - Oversee operational budgets, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency. - Leverage technology and innovative practices to enhance logistics operations and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the logistics industry. - Male candidates from Jalgaon location are preferred. The company offers a full-time job type with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with performance, quarterly, and yearly bonuses available. The preferred education level is a Master's degree, and experience in operations management and logistics for at least 5 years is preferred.
