Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end logistics operations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.). Coordinate with warehouses, courier partners, and vendors to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery. Monitor and manage inventory across marketplaces and maintain stock accuracy. Optimize order processing, packaging, and shipping processes to reduce delays and costs. Track and resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, and returns. Handle reverse logistics (returns & exchanges) effectively while reducing costs. Maintain compliance with e-commerce shipping policies and SLA requirements. Generate daily/weekly logistics reports and analyze performance metrics (TAT, cost per shipment, returns rate). Negotiate with courier partners and third-party logistics providers for better rates and services. Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. Proven experience in logistics or e-commerce operations management. Strong knowledge of warehouse management, courier coordination, and e-commerce shipping policies. Familiarity with marketplace dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
