Job Description

Manager Logistics D2C

Roles and responsibilities

Manage daily B2C logistics operations across multiple warehouses.
Monitor delivery TAT, NDR/RTO %, and drive closure of open shipments.
Lead courier allocation, dispatch planning, and route optimization.
Drive process improvements and logistics cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with logistics partners, finance, tech, CS, and warehouse teams.
Reconcile open shipments and publish daily performance reports.
Lead and mentor the logistics coordination team.
Analyse logistics data (Excel / dashboards) for operational decisions.

Skills Required

4–7 years of experience in D2C/ecommerce logistics (beauty/FMCG preferred).
Strong understanding of courier operations, NDR/RTO workflows, and shipping networks.
Excellent Excel and analytical skills (SQL/BI tools a plus).
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving ability.
Experience in cost optimization and process automation.
