Job Description: Senior Executive/Senior System Administrator - IT Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Executive to oversee and enhance the organization's IT Infrastructure posture and align IT systems and business applications inline of business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, ERP, along with significant experience in managing and improving IT systems and services. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure: Implement and maintain a comprehensive IT systems & security strategy aligned with organizational goals. Incident Management: Develop and manage incident management system. Service Desk Support: Manage IT support team and ensure day to day issue resolve with in SLA. Systems & Security Awareness: Conduct training and awareness session for Information and security system; Educate employees at all levels. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technology and incorporate improvements into the organization’s IT Systems. Technical support to resolve ERP technical issues and coordinate with service provider for resolve functional issue. Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues proactively Set up and configure hardware, software, and operating systems. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for system-related initiatives. Create and enforce IT policies, procedures, and documentation standards. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, with a focus on IT infrastructure, applications management, ERP Support and other enterprise systems. Diploma IT/Computer, BE IT, B. Tech IT, BCA Hands-on experience with IT systems and Security systems deployment including firewalls, EDR/XDR, Patching, RCA, mitigation and response. Technically implement and rollout IT policies and SOP Maintain IT infrastructure Uptime 95% above Technical Skills Windows Server: AD, DHCP, DFS, SSO, GPO, WSUS Hardening management and hands-on knowledge to implement and deployment. O365, EDR, XDR, NextGen Firewall, Backup solutions, VMware, HCI. Good knowledge and hands-on on IT infrastructure deployment. Enable IT and configure all systems through following best practices. Desirable Experience: Experience working in the Manufacturing industry is highly desirable. Understand manufacturing requirements and convert into solution to enhance business support systems services. Keep enabled business continuity plan and improve posture and sustainability of business operation through BCP program. Personal Attributes: Ability to IT support team. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex IT Systems concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities: Production Planning & Capacity Management: Monitor and analyze Plan vs. Actual performance and to achieve the daily target. Track and optimize plant capacity utilization. Assess and report manufacturing and product-wise capacity Manage and map UEOB (Unexecuted Order Booking) Strong Knowledge to handle Make to Order(MTO) and Make to Stock(MTS) Material and Sales Coordination: Forecast material requirements based on sales planning Coordinate production plans with sales, purchase, manufacturing inline with the target. Align monthly production plans with sales forecasts Inventory & Systems Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels through efficient inventory control Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for planning and execution – Strong SAP knowledge is a important requirement. Monitor FG (Finished Goods) and WIP (Work in Progress) status Efficiency & Improvement: Minimize turnaround times and drive continuous improvement Support scheduling activities to ensure timely deliveries Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and planning skills Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP Knowledge UEOB, and turnaround strategies Proficiency in production scheduling and forecasting Excellent coordination and communication abilities Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification: B.E.
