As a Back Office Executive, your role involves preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documents for Industrial Pumps, Motors & Valves. You will be responsible for taking follow-ups from customers regarding orders, offers, and updates. Your coordination skills will be crucial in liaising with the sales team, OEMs, and customers to ensure a smooth workflow. It will be your duty to maintain records, data entries, and documentation related to Pumps, Motors & Valves. You will also be utilizing AI tools & ChatGPT for drafting emails, quotations, and reports. Supporting the sales and marketing teams with back-office operations is an integral part of your responsibilities. Additionally, handling calls, emails, and customer communication professionally is essential. Your tasks will include preparing and maintaining PWS Sheets, ensuring proper records of offer data, and keeping updated records of pending inquiries and offers submitted.
