Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  
• Oversee transportation, distribution, warehousing, and inventory management.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods as per business requirements.
  
• Negotiate and manage contracts with transporters, vendors, and logistics partners.
  
• Track logistics KPIs, analyze trends, and implement process improvements.
  
• Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and warehouse teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines.
  
• Optimize costs while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
  
• Resolve logistics issues, delays, or escalations effectively.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation, shipment records, and MIS reports.
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of logistics operations within the automobile or manufacturing sector.
  
• Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory systems.
