Job Description

Commercial Operation
  • Roles and Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with the company s business objectives.

    • Manage the procurement of all materials and products efficiently.

    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and logistics carriers.

    • Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, manufacturing, PPMC, and purchase to ensure seamless distribution.

    • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as delivery partners, suppliers, hospitals (receivers), and customs authorities when required.

    • Ensure product integrity with strict adherence to temperature control and defined timelines.

    • Oversee timely and quality delivery of all products and materials.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

    • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

    • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the logistics team.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • On-time and accurate delivery of products and materials.

    • Achieving cost savings and meeting logistics budget goals.

    • Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality protocols.

    • Effective temperature monitoring and adherence to time-sensitive handling processes.

    • Continuous process improvements and operational efficiency gains.

    • Strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

    Qualifications Educational Requirements
    • Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
