Logistics Manager

Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with the company s business objectives.

Manage the procurement of all materials and products efficiently.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and logistics carriers.

Coordinate with internal teams including warehouse, manufacturing, PPMC, and purchase to ensure seamless distribution.

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as delivery partners, suppliers, hospitals (receivers), and customs authorities when required.

Ensure product integrity with strict adherence to temperature control and defined timelines.

Oversee timely and quality delivery of all products and materials.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality standards, and documentation requirements.

Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the logistics team.

Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Capability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
