Logistics Executive

Primary Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate daily dealer dispatches.
2. Ensure timely deliveries and optimal model allocation.
3. Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
4. Analyze sales data to support strategic decisions.
5. Manage inventory using FIFO and reduce ageing stock.
6. Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records.
7. Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams.
8. Prepare presentations for reviews and meetings.
9. Process dealer orders and ensure fulfillment.
10. Support sales forecasting with historical data.
11. Monitor stock movement across regions.
12. Ensure compliance and maintain documentation.
13. Gather and analyze market intelligence.
14. Coordinate training for internal teams and 3PL.
15. Handle dispatch exceptions and urgent dealer needs.

Mandatory and Key Skills to Require performing the Job

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specially Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
2. Numerical Aptitude & Data Analysis
3. Knowledge of SAP MM, SD module.
4. Communication Skills - Strong verbal and written communication for internal coordination and dealer interactions. / Ability to convey complex data in a simple and understandable manner.

5. Willingness to work in rotational shifts (A, G & B shifts) to support operational needs.

Desirable Skills

1. Good PowerPoint Presentation skills.
2. Good Verbal / written communication Skills
3. Knowledge of Power BI will be an edge

Graduate (B.E / B.Tech) / Postgraduate (MBA)

Relevant Experience: 2-3 Years
