Primary Responsibilities

• Li ion Battery manufacturing process planning & machine’s handling,

• Responsible to develop Automation Assembly process & Lines.

• Responsible to do the process & Equipment’s planning for new projects,

• Responsible for complete battery line manufacturing process end-to-end,

• Responsible to fix the machine specification & procurement and Installation & machine commissioning,

• Responsible to do the Manpower planning, capacity planning & cost reduction, Quality process fixing & documentation,

• Communicate, coordinate and track with all stockholders to discuss the goals, timelines and deliverables.

Mandatory and Key Skills to Required to performing the Job

• Strong knowledge and experience in the automation projects.

• Proven experience in the manufacturing operations and process improvements,

• Strong understanding and experience in the Li-ion battery process,

• More familiar with manufacturing equipment and automation technologies,

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill,

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Desirable Skills

• Line automation, Layout Planning, Equipment planning, Line balancing & process planning, Cost optimization, procurement, Manpower planning & optimization, EV Battery knowledge, Installation and machine commissioning, Budget planning and Quality confirmation & documentation (PFMEA,OPS & PAC-V)

What You Bring

Preferred Education: B.E/ Diploma-Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Automobile, Electrical

Relevant Experience: 2-10 Years
