Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Li ion Battery manufacturing process planning & machine’s handling,
Responsible to develop Automation Assembly process & Lines.
Responsible to do the process & Equipment’s planning for new projects,
Responsible for complete battery line manufacturing process end-to-end,
Responsible to fix the machine specification & procurement and Installation & machine commissioning,
Responsible to do the Manpower planning, capacity planning & cost reduction, Quality process fixing & documentation,
Communicate, coordinate and track with all stockholders to discuss the goals, timelines and deliverables.

Mandatory and Key Skills to Required to performing the Job

Strong knowledge and experience in the automation projects.
Proven experience in the manufacturing operations and process improvements,
Strong understanding and experience in the Li-ion battery process,
More familiar with manufacturing equipment and automation technologies,
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Desirable Skills

Line automation, Layout Planning, Equipment planning, Line balancing & process planning, Cost optimization, procurement, Manpower planning & optimization, EV Battery knowledge, Installation and machine commissioning, Budget planning and Quality confirmation & documentation (PFMEA,OPS & PAC-V)
