Major activities the Job holder is expected to perform:

Routine Activities:

1. Preparation of test manuals for OBD2 Homologation test. [Misfire A, Misfire B, O2 Deterioration, Catalyst deterioration]
2. Preparation of Quality and engineering evaluations preparations based on the change points with respect to the base model and take approval before the evaluation
3. Prepare Homologation vehicle OBD2 test plan for incorporation in New Model Certification Plan
4. Preparation of Test vehicle as per check sheet for OBD2 test readiness [All vehicle sensor functioning, No fault code] & take corrective & preventive action for defect/shortcoming observed in test vehicle preparation.
5. Responsible for New Model legality check by Environmental homologation Marking check sheet for model assigned.
6. Preparation of OBD2 hex file. [Misfire A, Misfire B, O2 Deterioration, Catalyst deterioration] rewriting process & check sheets
7. Drawing study at all stages of New Model Development & prepare Drawing level compliance sheet.
8. Prepare Hinanhyo as per drawing study at each model evaluation stage & follow up with Mono-C, EQPL for its closure
