FTA-Market Quality

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of warranty claims and implement trend reduction strategies.
• Prepare and coordinate 5W1H reports in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
• Apply structured problem-solving tools to address issues in Denso electronic automotive parts.
• Initiate and monitor containment actions in response to Quality Information Center (QIC) alerts.
• Verify effectiveness of past countermeasures within in-house operations.
• Perform supplier process audits focused on warranty-related issues.

Mandatory and Key Skills to Required to performing the Job

• Electrical and Electronic Automobile parts know how
• Proficiency in applying problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, etc.).
• Warranty parts analysis
• Strong presentation skills for communicating findings and solutions effectively.

Desirable Skills

• Advanced application of problem-solving tools.
• Effective presentation and communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional coordination.
