Major activities the Job holder is expected to perform: Routine Activities: Preparation of test manuals for OBD2 Homologation test. [Misfire A, Misfire B, O2 Deterioration, Catalyst deterioration] Preparation of Quality and engineering evaluations preparations based on the change points with respect to the base model and take approval before the evaluation Prepare Homologation vehicle OBD2 test plan for incorporation in New Model Certification Plan Preparation of Test vehicle as per check sheet for OBD2 test readiness [All vehicle sensor functioning, No fault code] & take corrective & preventive action for defect/shortcoming observed in test vehicle preparation. Responsible for New Model legality check by Environmental homologation Marking check sheet for model assigned. Preparation of OBD2 hex file. [Misfire A, Misfire B, O2 Deterioration, Catalyst deterioration] rewriting process & check sheets Drawing study at all stages of New Model Development & prepare Drawing level compliance sheet. Prepare Hinanhyo as per drawing study at each model evaluation stage & follow up with Mono-C, EQPL for its closure

Primary Responsibilities Li ion Battery manufacturing process planning & machine’s handling, Responsible to develop Automation Assembly process & Lines. As a Li-ion Battery Manufacturing Process Planner at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include planning and handling the Li-ion Battery manufacturing process and machines. You will be responsible for developing Automation Assembly processes and lines, as well as planning processes and equipment for new projects. Your role will involve overseeing the complete battery line manufacturing process from end-to-end, including fixing machine specifications, procurement, installation, and machine commissioning. Additionally, you will be required to perform manpower planning, capacity planning, cost reduction, quality process fixing, and documentation. Communication, coordination, and tracking with stakeholders to discuss goals, timelines, and deliverables will also be a part of your responsibilities. Primary Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily dealer dispatches. Ensure timely deliveries and optimal model allocation. Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Analyze sales data to support strategic decisions. Manage inventory using FIFO and reduce ageing stock. Maintain accurate sales and dispatch records. Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams. Prepare presentations for reviews and meetings. Process dealer orders and ensure fulfillment. Support sales forecasting with historical data. Monitor stock movement across regions. Ensure compliance and maintain documentation. Gather and analyze market intelligence. Coordinate training for internal teams and 3PL. Handle dispatch exceptions and urgent dealer needs. Mandatory and Key Skills to Require performing the Job Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specially Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Numerical Aptitude & Data Analysis Knowledge of SAP MM, SD module.
