Job Description

The job involves providing the perfect touch to clients" events, with a focus on managing the nitty-gritty of tasks related to off-site and external events. As the primary point of contact for employees, you will ensure that shared spaces are well-maintained, conference rooms are set up, and engaging community events are organized to foster employee connections. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing conference and meeting room bookings, conducting pulse surveys, and overseeing workplace cleanliness and maintenance. You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, prior experience in hospitality or facility management, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in communication and organizational tasks. The role also involves building positive relationships with vendors, negotiating competitive deals with suppliers, and gathering insights and feedback from customers to improve event experiences.
