Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the Integrated Facilities Management team in Corporate Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients" off-site visits and external events. Your primary focus will be on attending to the intricate details of various tasks to guarantee that everything runs seamlessly. It will be your responsibility to identify and address any issues that may arise during the event planning process, ensuring that everything is in order at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Walk through floors and shared spaces to ensure proper stocking, maintenance, and utilization - Act as the main point of contact for employees, offering a high-touch, hospitable experience - Keep conference rooms clean and well-organized - Plan and execute engaging community events to promote employee connections - Drive behavioral changes to support new ways of working - Coordinate with cleaning teams to maintain cleanliness in meeting rooms - Manage furniture movement and equipment setup for meetings - Conduct pulse surveys to understand occupants" needs and concerns - Organize employee events to drive connection and awareness - Oversee event planning and create event calendars - Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure standards are met - Collaborate with vendors and build positive relationships Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent - Prior experience in hospitality, facility/property management, or commercial real estate preferred - Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently - Good communication skills and ability to engage with people effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong prioritization and time management skills Additional Company Details: Connecting with various stakeholders, including vendors and clients, will be a key aspect of your role.
