This isn't a content planning or copywriting job. This is a do-it-all, end-to-end creator role with high visibility, working directly with LearnTube's Founders to shape both their brands and LearnTube's social presence. Key responsibilities: 1. Act, speak, and perform confidently on camera for reels, shorts, and videos. 2. Shoot and edit both short-form (IG Reels, YT Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, vlogs) content. 3. Create eye-catching statics and carousels using Canva or similar tools. 4. Own the full content cycle from concept, scripting, shooting, and editing to publishing. 5. Spot trends early and experiment with memes, formats, and viral storytelling. 6. Build and grow the founders' and LearnTube's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. 7. Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to build authentic, engaging narratives Requirements: 1. Love being on camera and have strong performance/presentation skills. 2. Can shoot/edit on your own using your phone with basic gear. 3. Know how to build content that hooks whether it's a 3-second scroll-stopper or a 3-minute video. 4. Are fluent in Canva and basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.). 5. Have a solid sense of humor, are up to date with internet trends, and can adapt them to a brand voice. 6. Understand what works on at least 2 of the 3: Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube 7. Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high autonomy 8.
