Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure a high ROI across all channels. 2. Performance Marketing: Design and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) and optimize for improved performance. 3. Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to effectively position Nivesharthas financial services. Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies. Design and deliver marketing materials, campaigns, and product-specific content to educate and engage target audiences. 4. Branding: Strengthen the brand identity of Niveshartha across digital platforms. Ensure consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all campaigns and communication channels. Manage PR initiatives and collaborate with agencies for branding campaigns. 5. SEO and Content Marketing: Enhance website visibility through advanced on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, videos, and newsletters) aligned with business goals. Maintain a content calendar for timely and impactful campaigns. 6. Social Media Management: Lead social media strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and amplify brand awareness. Plan and execute creative posts, reels, and stories for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. 7. Lead Generation and Nurturing: Design and execute lead-generation campaigns using digital marketing tools and techniques. Develop email marketing workflows to nurture leads through the customer journey. 8. Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and other marketing dashboards to measure performance. Present actionable insights and reports to leadership for data-driven decision-making. 9. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve key performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution.
