Job Title: Business Head Company: Niveshartha Private Limited Location: Bangalore Reports To: Founder / Managing Director Experience Required: 8+ years in financial services, investment advisory, or stock market research, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. About Niveshartha: Niveshartha Private Limited is a SEBI-registered research analyst firm offering a comprehensive suite of investment products including long-term SIP-based investments, options strategies, index algos, and short- to mid-term equity products. We aim to simplify wealth creation with data-driven, tech-enabled solutions. Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Business Head to lead Nivesharthas expansion. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening operations, building new partnerships, scaling client acquisition, and aligning business functions with our long-term vision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the company’s business roadmap aligned with the founder’s vision. Set quarterly and annual growth targets for revenue, user acquisition, and partnerships. Lead and mentor teams across business development, marketing, customer success, and product positioning. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive B2C and B2B sales for research products and investment services. Oversee pricing strategy, margin planning, and customer segmentation. 3. Product & Market Expansion Launch new services based on market demand. Work with research and tech teams to co-develop innovative offerings. Conduct competitor analysis and ensure product differentiation. 4. Operations & Client Delivery Ensure smooth delivery of research reports, strategy execution, onboarding, and client communication. Optimize workflows using CRM systems and automation tools. Implement strong feedback and improvement loops for client satisfaction. 5. Team Building & Culture Recruit and manage business development executives, marketers, and client managers. Instill a performance-driven, ethical, and learning-focused culture. 6. Compliance & Governance Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure SEBI and regulatory alignment. Manage risk, client grievance processes, and documentation hygiene. Key Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in business leadership within stock market advisory, brokerage, or fintech. Deep understanding of equity markets, options, and financial research. Strong sales and business development acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build scalable processes and manage cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: MBA or equivalent in Finance/Business. Familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance frameworks. Experience in digital marketing, CRM-based growth, or automation-led customer journeys. Exposure to algorithmic trading or data-driven investment strategies. Why Join Niveshartha?
