You’ll create content, manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, engage with followers, and grow our community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Plan, idiate, collab with team to create and schedule content (text, images, videos, reels) for all social platforms. Monitor, engage, and grow the community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions. Collaborate with designers, content creators for campaigns and launches. Stay up to date with trends, memes, tools, and algorithm changes. Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on insights. Run paid promotions and boost posts in coordination with digital marketing efforts. Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely and consistent publishing. Requirements: 06-1 year of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube). Excellent communication skills in English (Tamil or other regional language is a plus). Creative thinker with a good eye for design and storytelling. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Later, Meta Business Suite. Analytical mindset with experience using insights to drive decisions. Knowledge of hashtags, trends, content formats, and engagement techniques. Experience in running Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns. Create branding, content strategy, or copywriting.
