About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make introduction calls to the existing customers of our next year's tradeshows 2. Mail the clients the proposals/quotations along with the tradeshow details 3. Conduct follow-ups with the clients on the rebooking of the booth in our next year's exhibitions 4. Enhance the brand visibility and create a strong demand for the brand through the online presence of the brand 3. Handle search engine optimization, social media marketing, and pay per click 4. About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming inquiries and client acquisition by converting the leads, meetings, and negotiation & finalization of the proposal for bookings 2. Maintain good customer relationships & rapport with the clients to book them for the shows 3. Extract the business from the inquiries & leads by convincing them to exhibit, mail the proposals, follow up, meet & close the deals 4. Handle the existing clients & book exhibitions 6. Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients 7. Ensure successful accomplishments of set business targets 8. Visit the trade shows and gather useful data 9. Perform research and develop a list of potential exhibitors/sponsors 10. Enter into the new market segments and create an edge over competitors 11. Explore sponsorship opportunities 12. Show active involvement in operational activities during the show 13. Manage newly acquired customers through their first show cycle to ensure a positive experience and provide resolution advice where necessary 14.
