Job Description

Role Overview: As an independent individual, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, procurement, and vendor contracts within the Company. Your role will involve exposure to critical functions in the power and infrastructure sectors, including contracts management, procurement, project management, and comprehension of LC/BGs, warranty, and indemnity issues. Key Responsibilities: - Finalizing, reviewing, and negotiating General Conditions of Contract (GCC) for various contracts. - Handling Non-Disclosure Agreements, MoUs, LoIs, LoAs, Lender Agreements, Bank/Financial Institution documents, and other commercial agreements. - Managing pre-award and post-contract activities, legal negotiations, contractual risk assessments, contracts administration, correspondence, claim settlement, and addressing contractual issues such as extensions of time, liquidated damages, terminations, changes & variations, claims, and contract closures. - Reviewing and assessing company procedures and reports to identify potential risks or common issues and providing guidance on pre-litigation and litigation strategies. - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to prepare contract documents, sub-contracting agreements, and Joint Venture/framework/Consortium Agreements. Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in Law from a reputable institution. - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience. - Comprehensive understanding of the Infrastructure/Renewable Energy industry will be advantageous. - Demonstrate exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment is essential, along with prior experience in team management.,
