Prepare and advise on pre-litigation and litigation strategies Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for preparation of Contract documents, Sub-contracting agreements ,Joint Venture/ framework / Consortium Agreements. Qualifications LLB with 4+ years of experience in EPC /Manufacturing is preferable.
