Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee all litigation matters related to the bank. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and protect the bank's interests. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and agreements to identify potential risks. Provide expert legal advice on various matters, including commercial and financial transactions. Lead and manage a team of lawyers to achieve desired outcomes in litigation cases. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of litigation laws and regulations governing the BFSI sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff members. Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology used in legal management and litigation.
