Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced Legal Managers (Title Search Specialists) for our Jaipur office. The ideal candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of land laws, property verification, and title documentation, with the ability to lead and manage multiple TSR projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and review Title Search Reports (TSR) for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

• Examine chain of title, ownership documents, and encumbrance records.

• Verify land records such as Jamabandi, Khasra, Map, Patta, Sale Deed, and Mutation entries.

• Coordinate with Sub-Registrar, Patwari, and Tehsil offices for ground verification and certified copies.

• Draft and finalize legal opinions and due diligence reports.

• Supervise associates and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) – Mandatory

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in Title Search / Property Due Diligence

• Freshers: Not eligible

• Skills Required:

• Expertise in land and property laws

• Strong document analysis & drafting skills

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and report formatting

CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
