Role Overview

The Legal Intern will assist the in-house legal team in day-to-day operations involving litigation management, contract drafting and review, legal research, and compliance support.

This internship is ideal for law students or recent graduates seeking hands-on exposure to corporate litigation and drafting practices within a dynamic manufacturing and technology environment.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Strong foundation in legal principles.
• Good drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Research proficiency using SCC Online, Manupatra, or equivalent databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Professional ethics, confidentiality, and commitment to learning.

Educational Qualification

• LLB (3-year or 5-year course) – enrolled student in final year or a recent graduate.
• Prior internship experience in litigation, corporate law, or legal research will be an advantage.

Preferred Technical Proficiency

• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Legal research tools: SCC Online, Manupatra.
• Basic understanding of contract lifecycle tools (training will be provided).
• Adept at searching and retrieving case status, orders, and documents from online court portals including those of District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India, and capable of preparing concise reports or summaries based on the findings.
