Location: Bangalore, KA, IN

Responsibilities

• Legal vetting and drafting of various business agreements including Sale and Purchase, Trade Contracts, Labour Contracts, NDAs, MSAs, etc
• Execution of Agreements
• Legal research on regulatory issues
• Litigation support
• Compliance works which involves applying of S&E, FSSAI and Trade License. Maintaining
  proper record of all licenses and tracking timely actions.
• Internal stakeholder management and book keeping.

• Currently pursuing or recent law graduate
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented
