Role Overview

Digitys India is hiring a Legal Intern to support the business across client, vendor, and

employee-related legal matters. This role provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end corporate and commercial law operations and is designed as a progression pathway into a Legal Associate role

based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support client contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and change orders

Coordinate with India and US-based retainer lawyers on drafting, redlines, and execution

Assist with vendor and third-party agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation

Support employee-related legal documentation including contracts, policies, and exits

Assist with labour law and statutory compliance (Shops & Establishments, POSH, etc.)

Maintain legal repositories, trackers, dashboards, and governance documentation

Conduct legal research and support leadership on ad-hoc legal matters

Ideal Profile

Law student or recent graduate (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB)

Strong interest in corporate, commercial, and employment law

Good drafting, documentation, and coordination skills

Comfortable working with cross-functional and global stakeholders
