Position Overview:

Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review

  MOUs, Development Agreements, POAs, Consent Letters, and other legal documents

  related to society redevelopment projects.
• Provide

  legal support and coordination

  between society members, developers, and consultants.
• Conduct

  legal due diligence

  for projects and assist in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with

  government departments and local authorities

  for document registration and approvals.
• Conduct

  legal research

  and prepare summaries, opinions, and case references as required.
• Maintain and organize all

  legal records, agreements, and correspondence

  systematically.
• Assist in

  client meetings

  and represent the company during document executions, registrations, and discussions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)

  from a recognized university.

• Bar Council License

  – Compulsory requirement.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, or society-related legal work

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society Act

  ,

  MOFA

  , and

  RERA guidelines

  .
• Excellent

  drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Word, Excel, and legal documentation software

  .
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information.
