Responsibilities
1. Develop and examine legally enforceable contracts.
2. Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements related to employee hiring and terminations are fulfilled.
3. Handle amendments and negotiation of standard legal documentation.
4. Maintain Paper works and documentations to submit in Labour and Business related Cases
5. Drafting legal options, memoranda, and briefing documents.
6. To Conduct legal research by utilizing various recourses and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
7. Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes.
7. Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses.
8. Ensuring adherence to the legal rules and regulations at all the time.
9. Provide clarification on legal language.
10. Must be able to develop Legal agreements, advice in employment law and collective labour law matters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
