This role will support the smooth operation of the Learning & Development and Talent function. You will work closely with the Director Global Learning & Quality.Your mission is to ensure that training programs are well-executed, employees have seamless access to development resources, and day-to-day office operations run efficiently. Your responsibilities will span from learning administration, talent coordination, and general office support, making you a key contributor to employee growth, business continuity and building an efficient workplace.This is an in-person role located in our
Hyderabad
office.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized, efficient, professional, and welcoming.
- Assist manager with daily tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed (including IT equipment management). Provide administrative support for purchase orders, invoice processing, and financial tracking.
- Schedule and organize training sessions (virtual and in-person). Manage participant registrations, send invitations, and prepare training materials.
- Draft and disseminate communications related to L&D programs (e.g., course announcements, reminders).
- Maintain up-to-date records of training participation, certifications, and program attendance.
- Monitor L&D-related expenses and assist in managing program budgets.
- Responsible for all mail communications of office related information to team members.
- Data management of employee related information, daily attendance and leave management.
- Assist in onboarding initiative and performance management processes.
- Support talent reviews, learning needs analysis, and development planning logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or L&D support role. Experience in office administration is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office Applications and Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
