Job Description

1. Training Strategy & Planning Identify organizational learning needs by collaborating with department heads and HR. Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee growth. Create an annual training calendar covering both technical and soft skills. --- 2. Program Design & Development Design engaging training materials, e-learning modules, and workshops. Customize content for different teams — such as sales, marketing, design, and HR. Incorporate modern learning methods (interactive sessions, simulations, and real-case exercises). --- 3. Training Delivery & Coordination Organize and facilitate in-house and external training programs. Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and consultants. Ensure timely scheduling, attendance tracking, and logistics for all training sessions. --- 4. Employee Development & Performance Monitor training outcomes and assess improvements in performance and behavior. Support employees in setting individual learning goals and career development plans. Conduct follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and ensure implementation. --- 5. Learning Culture & Engagement Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement across the company. Encourage knowledge sharing and team-based learning initiatives. Introduce learning tools, platforms, and gamified learning experiences to boost engagement. --- 6. Reporting & Evaluation Maintain training records and databases for all employees. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis. Prepare monthly or quarterly L&D reports for management review. --- 7. Collaboration & Innovation Partner with HR for onboarding training, skill gap analysis, and talent development plans. Stay updated on new learning technologies and training trends. Recommend new programs to support leadership development and organizational growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
