You'll assist in designing and implementing training programs that empower students and clients from top companies to succeed in the data-driven world. Thisis a 6-month internship with the potential for a permanent full-time position based on your performance.

The Role

• Training & Program Support: Assist in the development, coordination, and delivery of training programs for corporate clients and students.
• Content Creation: Help create engaging learning materials, presentations, and workshops.
• Logistics & Administration: Support the L&D team with scheduling, communication, and managing training resources.
• Research & Analysis: Help research and analyze training needsto ensure our programs are relevant and effective.
• Feedback & Improvement: Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback to continuously improve our learning initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in BBA or a Master's degree in MBA.
• Passion for Learning: A genuine interest in professional development, training, and education.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team Player: A collaborative spirit and a willingness to learn.

Job Details

• Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Open Positing 1: Location: Kolkata, Shakespeare Sarani
• Open Position 2: Location: Base location: Haldia & weekly travel to Uluberia | Travel + Accomodation at company cost
