Learning & Development Intern

As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern at Schbang, based in Mumbai, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Learning & Development team. Your primary responsibility during the duration of the internship will be to assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering engaging training initiatives for our Schbangers. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to plan and organize training programs, workshops, and learning sessions. You will collaborate with trainers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of these initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning content, presentations, and resources. Tracking attendance, gathering feedback, and measuring the effectiveness of the training programs will also be part of your responsibilities. As a current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields, you will bring strong organizational and communication skills to the role. A creative mindset with attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, and eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
