Learning & Development Intern

As an HR Intern at Dehaat, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives for a duration of 36 months. Dehaat, a rapidly growing AgriTech startup in India, aims to provide end-to-end agricultural services to millions of farmers with a focus on sustainable growth through technology, data, and innovation. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the farming ecosystem. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the design and organization of training modules specific to agri-based roles, coordinating learning sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs, and supporting the Learning Management System (LMS) through content uploading and user tracking. You will also be involved in analyzing training effectiveness, maintaining documentation, learning calendars, and reporting dashboards, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and training partners for seamless delivery. We are looking for a candidate who is pursuing or has recently completed an MBA/PGDM in HR, Agri-Business Management, or a related field. A strong interest in people development and upskilling the agri-sector workforce is essential. An educational background in agriculture or allied sciences is highly preferred. Additionally, excellent communication, coordination, and MS Office skills are required. Being a self-starter with a willingness to learn and contribute will be advantageous. Experience in content creation using tools like Canva and video editing will be a plus.
