As a Learning & Development (L&D) Intern at Schbang, based in Mumbai, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Learning & Development team. Your primary responsibility during the duration of the internship will be to assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering engaging training initiatives for our Schbangers. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to plan and organize training programs, workshops, and learning sessions. You will collaborate with trainers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of these initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning content, presentations, and resources.
