Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in building a future-ready workforce. In this role, you will lead initiatives focused on upskilling and reskilling internal talent across AI , Fullstack Development , and Cloud technologies . Your efforts will directly influence project readiness, business outcomes, and employee career growth. The assessment can be taken on any device at your convenience Complete Your Video Assessment Here Key Responsibilities Design and implement structured learning paths in AI, Fullstack, and Cloud for internal engineering talent. Conduct skill gap analyses through performance data, feedback, and project needs. Build and maintain role-based competency frameworks aligned with business and delivery goal. Plan and manage bootcamps, certifications, and technical training—leveraging both in-house experts and external partners. Partner with tech leads to curate relevant, hands-on learning content tailored to real project use cases. Track participation, engagement, and outcomes of all training initiatives through dashboards and reports. Collaborate with Resource Management and Delivery teams to ensure trained talent is effectively deployed across projects. Maintain a real-time skills inventory to enable faster and smarter talent allocation. Work cross-functionally with HRBPs, Engineering Managers, and RMs to embed learning into overall workforce strategy. Engage with internal SMEs and external learning platforms to ensure high-quality content delivery and program effectiveness. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Talent Developm en t, Learning & Development , or Competency Management in a tech-centric environment. Hands-on experience designing and executing technical upskilling programs or bootcamps for IT professionals. Strong familiarity with AI/ML, Fullstack development (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python), and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools like Coursera, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning, or Udemy. Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to track learning impact and training ROI. Familiarity with workforce planning tools or skill mapping platforms is a plus. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to translate technical training needs into effective learning experiences in partnership with SMEs and learning providers. Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills. A data-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach to support talent mobility and workforce agility. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) Certifications in L&D such as ATD CPTD, Associate Professional in Talent Develop me nt, SHRM-CP , or Instructional Design. Technical certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader.
