Job Description

As an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) professional with 8 to 10 years of work experience, your role will involve developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's vision and business goals. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create training content, identify gaps, and assist in the formulation of training plans and budgets. Your responsibilities will also include designing effective onboarding programs to familiarize employees with the organization's culture, vision, and mission. Key Responsibilities: - Develop L&D strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business goals. - Collaborate with subject matter experts for content development and identifying training gaps. - Assist the Head of L&D in creating training plans and budgets. - Design and implement onboarding programs to introduce employees to the organization's culture, vision, and mission. - Create and maintain training calendars based on needs analysis. - Develop content for various learning modes, including classroom, virtual, and e-learning. - Work with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Head of L&D on leadership development, succession planning, and career development. - Analyze data to assess the impact of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Monitor training programs, gather feedback, and address any concerns raised. - Ensure compliance with audit requirements related to training. - Maintain training records and management information systems. - Ensure all L&D initiatives and plans are based on the competency framework of the company. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in education, learning and development, or a related field. - Experience in Competency Mapping, Leadership & Succession planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Additional Details: Prior experience in content development, training delivery, competency mapping, assessment centers, and succession planning is mandatory. You should possess excellent communication, succession planning, stakeholder management, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills to excel in this role. Please note that the preferred industry for this position includes Retail, Hospitality, and QSR.,
