Role Overview

Leadership Associate (Marketing & Growth)

You will contribute to brand building, revenue analytics, and business growth initiatives, while working closely with senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Rotate across
Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Operations
departments.
Drive initiatives in
brand positioning, digital campaigns, customer acquisition, and loyalty programs.
Support the
Revenue team
in implementing data-driven pricing and promotion strategies.
Assist
Corporate Sales
with pitch decks, benchmarking, and client engagement material.
Leverage
AI-based marketing tools
(Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Google Performance Max) for campaign optimization.
Use
data analytics tools
(Looker, Power BI, SEMrush AI, ChatGPT) for growth insights and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
MBA from IIMs or other top-tier B-schools (Marketing/Strategy specialization preferred).
Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Growth, or Strategy roles.
Skills:
Strong analytical ability, marketing acumen, and proficiency in data & AI tools.
Mindset:
Creative, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
