Company:

Role Summary

Executive Design

Key Responsibilities

Design and translate concepts into
3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs
using tools like SketchUp or Revit.
Prepare a
complete set of working and detailed drawings
for in-house interior design projects.
Assist in managing multiple vendors and
supervise interior work on-site
to ensure quality and timely completion.
Support in preparing
cost estimates, sketches, layouts, and specifications
relevant to project development.
Suggest
color schemes, furniture, materials, and finishes
aligned with the brands aesthetic.
Coordinate with stakeholders vendors, procurement teams, and site teams — for seamless project execution.
Prepare
project progress reports
and proactively resolve on-site challenges.
Conduct
site investigations and design due diligence
for existing buildings.
Maintain a strong sense of
brand aesthetics and design quality
in all deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in the following tools is required:

AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
SketchUp or equivalent 3D modelling software
Photoshop, V-Ray, 3ds Max, or other rendering tools
Adobe InDesign / CorelDRAW / equivalent illustration software
Microsoft Office Suite
Awareness and enthusiasm for
AI-based design tools

Key Competencies

Design coordination & change management
Vendor management & communication
Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks
Strong understanding of
design, materials, interiors, architecture, and landscape
integration
