Job Title: Senior IT Recruiter (Team Lead) Location: Pune - Baner, Pune Employment Type: Hybrid initially, Full-time in the next 6 months Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities and proven experience in leading recruitment teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT roles across domains (Product, Services, Enterprise, Startups), excellent communication skills, and a strong network of technology professionals. You will drive end-to-end hiring processes, mentor junior recruiters, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders or clients to deliver high-quality talent. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle IT recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for mid to senior-level roles. Create, manage and mentor a team of recruiters; assign tasks, track performance, and provide regular feedback. Build sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques. Act as a hiring advisor to business leaders and hiring managers. Ensure team adherence to recruitment SLAs and quality standards. Drive proactive talent mapping and market intelligence. Manage stakeholder communication and periodic hiring updates. Stay updated with technology trends, compensation benchmarks, and market movements. Key Requirements: Experience: 6–10 years in IT recruitment with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Skills: Expertise in sourcing tech talent across domains – Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, Product, etc. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in closing niche and senior-level positions. Strong knowledge of ATS/CRM tools and recruitment analytics. Experience hiring for both contract and full-time roles is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in a recruitment agency or RPO setting is desirable.
