About the Role A leading private sector bank is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist IT to drive end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. This is an Individual Contributor role requiring deep expertise in tech hiring , stakeholder management, and sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment , from sourcing to onboarding. Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent in IT, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data engineering. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping . Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define job requirements and drive recruitment plans. Conduct technical screening and competency-based interviews . Ensure a seamless candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions. Drive diversity hiring initiatives in line with business goals. Maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports for continuous improvement. Key Skills & Experience Required 6 to 10 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in banking, fintech, or IT services . Strong expertise in tech hiring across cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, DevOps, and full-stack development. Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools .
