A Day in Your Life at MKS: As the Supply Chain Lead at Atotech India Pvt Ltd, you will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to deploy organization supply chain strategies. In this capacity, you will report to Head of Operations. You Will Make an Impact By: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that are in line with the overall business goals. Analyze and predict demand to guarantee preparedness of the supply chain. Spot improvement opportunities within supply chain processes and execute corrective measures. Supplier Management: Build and sustain relationships with essential suppliers and vendors. Track supplier performance and resolve any issues or inconsistencies. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to maintain ideal stock while avoiding surplus or deficits. Establish inventory control systems and protocols to ensure precision and efficiency. Examine inventory data to forecast trends and make necessary adjustments to inventory. Logistics and Distribution: Plan and manage logistics and distribution tactics for prompt and economical product delivery. Collaborate with transport providers to streamline routes and cut down on shipping expenses. Oversee warehouse operations, encompassing storage, handling, and fulfilling orders. Process Improvement: Assess existing supply chain procedures and pinpoint areas for enhancement. Adopt industry best practices and innovative technologies to boost efficiency and productivity. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile reports on supply chain metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in conjunction with departments like production, sales, and finance to synchronize supply chain tasks with company requirements. Promote communication and cooperation among various departments to facilitate seamless operations. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to applicable laws, standards, and organizational policies. Identify and alleviate risks linked to supply chain operations.
