Job Description

As a Team Lead - Sales at Ideametrics Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading, guiding, and motivating a team of Business Development Executives - Training the team on lead generation, client conversion, and negotiation strategies - Setting clear sales goals, tracking performance, and providing timely feedback - Driving lead conversion from prospect to closure with a solution-focused approach - Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients - Engaging in client discussions to identify upcoming projects and track submitted offers - Visiting domestic and international clients to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities - Developing and executing sales strategies for assigned markets to achieve business growth - Preparing and submitting techno-commercial proposals tailored to client requirements - Representing the company at national and international expos, networking events, and industry forums - Collaborating with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with company capabilities - Providing regular updates on pipeline, client interactions, and market insights to senior management - Tracking sales performance metrics and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency - Establishing structured sales processes for lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals - Continuously reviewing client feedback and market developments to improve sales strategies Qualifications required for this role: - BE/MBA with proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the engineering or technology sector - Having a Mechanical Engineering background will be an added advantage Desired Industrial Background: - Engineering Services - OEM Process/Chemical/Pharma/Automotive Industries Experience required: - 6 to 8 years Skills Required: - Fluent in English, with strong international client-handling exposure - Strategic thinking with a proven ability to implement successful sales plans - Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills - Analytical mindset to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities - Results-driven attitude with a commitment to achieving and exceeding team sales targets - Impeccable listening and problem-solving skills - Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure - Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders This role is based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, with work shift flexibility depending upon the assigned geography (India/US/UK/Southeast Asia).,
