Lead Sales Engineer

In this role at ABB, you will be responsible for sales of products/systems within the Buildings segment in line with the company's strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders. - Creating and executing action plans to enter new markets and maintain sales leads. - Identifying customer needs and exploring new business opportunities. - Conducting negotiations with customers to achieve agreed margins and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Monitoring market trends, competitors, and opportunities to drive sales growth. - Conducting customer visits, documenting results, and coordinating with sales management. - Providing pre-sales technical support and solutions to customers. - Adhering to ABB's core values of safety and integrity. - Building strong relationships with developers in the building segment. Qualifications required for this role: - BSc. degree in Electrical Power. - 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferably in a similar field. - Proficiency in English & Arabic communication. - Experience in medium voltage and low voltage switchgear is a plus. - Work experience in Salesforce is advantageous. - Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
