Job Description

As a Building & Data Center Sales Manager at ABB, your role involves being responsible for sales of products/systems within the assigned market for the Electrification products for Buildings segment in alignment with the company strategy. Your main responsibilities include: - Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure the achievement of company sales goals and profitability. - Building and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with key customers and industry stakeholders. - Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and maintain sales leads and prospects. - Understanding the underlying needs of the customer, identifying new business possibilities, and running negotiations with customers to meet agreed-upon margins while ensuring high customer satisfaction. - Continuously assessing market trends, customers, competitors, industries, applications, and country analyses to identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers within the target segment. - Fulfilling the expected number of customer visits, logging the visits, and communicating results with the sales management team. - Providing pre-sales technical assistance and appropriate solutions to customers. - Living ABB's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions, caring for your colleagues, and the business. - Building segment and strong relationships with developers (preferable). Qualifications for the role include: - Holding a BSc. degree in Electrical Power. - Having 5 years of experience in Sales and marketing, preferably in a similar field. - Being proficient in communicating in English & Arabic. - Having experience with medium voltage and low voltage switchgear is a plus. - Demonstrating work experience in Salesforce is a big advantage. - Demonstrating proficiency in leadership capabilities, negotiation, presentation & communication skills.
