The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar positions, with a focus on driving effective sourcing strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and aligned with the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities: Consultancy or recruitment firm experience is a must for understanding the dynamics of recruiting across various industries. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters focused on sourcing, screening, and hiring blue-collar workers. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across a variety of blue-collar industries (construction, manufacturing, logistics, etc.). Create job descriptions, post job advertisements, and utilize online job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels to source talent. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and perform background checks to ensure candidates meet job requirements and company standards. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice. Ensure all candidate documentation and records are maintained in compliance with company policies and regulations. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
