Lead - Projects IBMS

Purpose/Objective

Lead Projects - IBMS will be responsible for overseeing the complete lifecycle of Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) projects within the data centres industry. This role requires a leader with a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of IBMS projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. Budget Management: Manage project budgets, oversee resource allocation, and handle procurement to optimize project outcomes and ensure cost-effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Resource Management: Oversee project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and senior leadership. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Professional Representation: Represent Adani with professionalism and integrity in all project-related interactions with clients, vendors, and partners. Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Work Experience: 12-15 Years of relevant experience in the data centres industry or similar industry Demonstrated track record of successfully managing IBMS projects
