SAP B1 Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business One (SAP B1) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP B1 modules, developing reports, managing master data, and supporting end-users to optimize business processes.

This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and system capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP B1 implementations, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
  
• Manage master data setup, data migration, and ongoing maintenance.
  
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
  
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
  
• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP B1 solutions for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and process alignment.
  
• Assist with upgrades, add-on implementation, and integration of third-party tools.
  

Required Skills and Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, and more.
  
• Proficiency in SQL query development and Crystal Reports.
  
• Experience in master data management and data migration.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide practical solutions.
  
• End-user training and documentation skills.
  
• Familiarity with SAP B1 configuration and customization.
  

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master degree
  
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP B1 Consultant or in a similar role.

Preferred Skills:
