We are seeking a Lead to support Project Management activities working across cross-functional teams including creative, media, influencer, and paid/earned channels and supporting with day-to-day project execution. The Lead PM will be responsible for driving timelines, managing deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.

Key          Responsibilities:

• Manage concurrent projects, including digital, social, experiential, and influencer campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop schedules, timelines, and project plans using tools like Smartsheets.
• Coordinate with creative, paid media, earned media, and influencer teams to ensure timely delivery of pitch materials and campaign assets.
• Support annual planning and scoping, working with senior leads to forecast costs and resource needs.
• Track influencer contracts, content delivery, and review cycles in collaboration with account leads.
• Identify project risks and proactively communicate mitigation strategies to internal stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating regular status meetings and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards, providing actionable insights to optimize campaign execution.
• Continuously improve project workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process enhancements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• 6 – 8 years of experience

  in project management.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Experience in influencer marketing &
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, digital/social campaign workflows
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience with healthcare, scoping and budgeting is a plus.
• Comfortable working Eastern Time hours (7 AM – 4 PM ET / 4 PM – 1 AM IST)
